18k yellow and white gold “Cartier” Textured “Bird on Branch” Brooch. Bead set into top of head and base are diamonds weighing .25cts. Set into the bird’s eye is 1 opal cut natural ruby cabochon measuring 5 x 3mm and weighs .25ct.
